Got a txt message.Is it a legit?

I just recieved a text from this number telling me that my card s****ing with*4039 is locked and to please call.  I called and the automated only asks for the card number which i do not have... and, gives no other options.  How absurd.  What is this netspend account that i don't even have all  about.?? i find it all very disturbing  Does anyone have an answer??
