no message (I don't answer); multiple calls per day

I have received a few of these calls from Burnett Tx - Automated voice messaging stating to call a specific number about a debt collection. Very su****ious to me. I have chosen to ignore these calls.

5th spamster from stellar recovery plus a robo message, funneled through a local number. Ignored. Probably one more call tonight.

4th spamster call from stellar recovery, rerouted through local area code. Not sure if this is legal.
