This number called me and said I was a finalist for 25,000 dollars. She only asked me my occupation and if I was single... It's a Texas area code and I've lived in ******ia/Maryland my whole life. I told her I was single and a student but she didn't ask for me to subscribe to anything. I just think it's bazaar.

can't have them to stop calling me, i asked them to take me off the calling list, it doesn't work.

the number called once, and then 15 minutes later when i finally answered it and asked for sherita jones.  i told him he clearly had the wrong number and that was that.  weird.

they call and dont say anything they called me 4x in 3hrs ... Can I get paid for this?

Have had numerous phone calls from this number...voicemail with only music. I do not subscribe to anything so I do not now why i would be getting a call to renew..

Received a call from this number and was answered with a ma****e. I decided to go along with the ma****e and found out it was Publisher's Renewal Service who deal with magazine renewals and other similar things. I continued going through the options and then heard an option to have my number placed on the Do Not Call list. I selected this and the ma****e said to wait 24 hours for number to be put on DNC List. Hopefully they don't call back.

a woman called my cell phone on nov 10, 2009 saying she was from publishers clearing house and to congratulate me on being a finalist for the February drawing. of course i have heard of this company due to all the years of adverti*****ts on tv and had sometimes received mail from them---and know that their bottom line is to sell magazines. so when she then asked me what type of credit card was my preference(before mentioning anything about selling me anything) like Discover, Visa, Mastercard, i didn't have any of those and so i just figured she was trying to get credit card info, which i didn't give and was really not paying too much attention otherwise, so she was polite and wished me luck in the contest and ***g up. Well, then i was talking to someone recently and googled this phone # since my cell is on the do not call list and i hadn't responded to any pch ads for years, i found this website for this phone# and yes, i wonder too who this really is...  trying to sell  inshe becua

calls my cell phone, I don't answer it , but would like it to stop!

i get about 5 calls a day from this number and all they leave are voicemails with "hold music". i dont know if its related but since around the time these calls s****ed i had my credit score checked and i have had at least 8 credit inquiries on my report since the end of August that i did not authorize. i dont know if they are responisble but its really ****ing me off. my score yhas gone down 10 points becuase of this and i still cant get the calls to stop. i urge people to check their credit reports to be sure this isnt happening to you to! i dont know how they have my info like my name and address becuase i have never delt with these people in my life. be carefull everybody!

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING MY CELL PHONE. THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL MAGAZINES. THE ONLY TIME I ANSWERED THEY TRIED TO GET MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND I TOLD THEM I DO NOT GIVE OUT THAT TYPE OF INFORMATION AND THEY S****ED YELLING AT ME AND CALLED ME NAMES, THEN ***G UP ON ME. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, I SHOULD NOT BE RECEIVING THESE TYPES OF CALLS.

Receiving 2-3 calls per day on my cell phone; it's listed on the do not call registry for 3+ years. All they do is leave a voicemail with hold music. Calling back goes to an open line with a steady clicking in the background. I've filed complaints with the FTC, and I'm urging everyone who receives a call from this number to file. The FTC will not act until they get a number of complaints, so****ing like 15.

Three calls in 3 hours. No voicemail left, only "on hold" music. Not the first episode. Called back and went through a few menu options and had number removed from their call list.

this number just called me twice on my trac phone. i dont know who they are but they keep calling.

Just went to "DO NOT CALL" and registered my cell let's see if this stops them from calling me!

Didn't leave a message just heard music on my voice message, but now that I know they are a SCAM I'm going to put them in my contacts as a SCAM and continue to **** up on them.

I know it is a magazine publisher.I have been called about 10 times since Friday morning.I don't answer but the first time I called back and that is what the recording said

said I may win a million dollars wanted my credit card or checking. Had my address already. wants 24.95 for a magazine a month. how did the get my number and address?

They called me three times this morning said Im in a sweepstakes for million dollars and I won a 500.00 gas card, but I need to give my checking or credit card number for  magazines. REALLY YEAH

Publishers Renewal Services. "We are calling about a new and exciting offer" -- that was the recording that I got when I returned the call. Called my private cell number that I don't use for any business transactions, so I am thinking this is just a cold calling company.

these people are calling my private TRAC phone and using up minutes. They are a sweepstakes? place and I have not applied or entered any sweepstakes.

I called and received the following # 800.456.6565 to get my number removed from their no call list. They were pleasant and said it would take 24 hours for request to process.

I called the number back pressed 1 for "a message on my caller id", then 1 a***n for "calling from the same number" then 3 for "add me to the do not call list".  Not too hard.

I made the mistake of responding to an e-mail for a $1000 gift card. Thought that I checked "No" on all of the contact me boxes but must have missed some as I got an imediate call to earn my college degree and then a ton of e-mails from various vendors. I know, I know, I should have known better but who couldn't use a $1000 gift card these days. My bad!

I've gotten 5 calls from this number since 10 this morning. I want to answer, but I've yet to get the opportunity. I'm hoping that they call this evening so I can see what's going on. It's frustrating, and even more so when I'm reading a lot of the comments that say there is no one on the other end of the phone! I too am on the DNC List.

I have released my cell phone # to no one other than family and was caught by surprise when I received and answered a call from 512-366-3175; no voice was on the phone, only music being played briefly.  Very, very disturbing!

Someone from this number has called my phone at least 6 times today. I'm really annoyed and am getting ready to contact the FCC. What is most frustrating is that I've registered my phone on the do not call registry and still continue to receive calls.

got a call from this number no-one on the other end, this is the 3rd call in 20 minutes, getting ****ed.....

This number called me and stated that her name was Amy and was with Publishers Clearing House.  Stated that I was a finalist and then wanted me to buy 8 magazines for a total of $4.75 a week, of course I thought this sounded fishy and PCH has never contacted me in any way other than via e-mail or regular mail. When I told the woman that I would not do anything unless she e-mailed me this offer to prove it was valid she said she could not do that and ***g up on me!!!!
