Got a message from Office Ryan stating that he is a US Marshalls and taking legal action a***ns me. He has very poor english and sounds like he is from India. He claims I took out a payday loan over the internet, but refuses to tell me who I took the loan out with. This person leaves me messages on my cell and work up to four times a day.

I am furious about these people doing these fraud issues.  I got taken by this so called "officer" Stacy Williams.  I gave them 540.00 because if I didn't I would go to jail on 3 counts of fraud, and so****ing else.  They would pick me up at work.  Of course, I had taken a loan and fell behind in payments.  So I thought it was for real.  I just got another call for another loan that was owed and they said the same thing. This time it was somebody by the name of Jeffrey Stewart.  I didn't know they were a scam.  I though it was for real.  Not until I brought to the attention of my boss that she looked this up and wow I couldn't believe the stories and how they coincide with mine.  They have nothing better to do than to take people as fools, abusing their financial status becuase they including myself are people who work for a living and don't have money like that.

512-377-6158 Called my work number but didn't leave a message.  If they don't leave a message then I won't answer back.  I don't understand why I receive these calls b/c I'm suppose to be on the DNCL.

Yes i received a call from them to stated i owed money and wouldnt tell me anything. said i would be charged with 3 counts for furad if i didnt pay anymoney.. but this time his name was dective john miller. but when you call the number back they answer the phone like its there home phone .. fruad for real.. they also been calling my job hassaring me.. but im going to the police and file a complaint ..

The caller called my friends and said that they were officers and that my friends would be prosecuted if they did not locate me.  Her name was officer "Ashley James"  she had all my information except my birthdate and if i didn't appear in florida court room by 3pm eastern I would have legal charges filed a***nst me, or I could pay $735. i was being charge wih this fraud that fraud,and pay amount.  When I called back to get information about their company i was told that my number was under invesigation and i would go to jail and they ***g up.  Could not understand anything very heavy accent, very confusing

These people also called me would not say who I owed the money to, said they would arrest me at home or at work she ***g up on me twice I called her back, she was very mean on the phone. The number was 1 512-377-6158, she did not speak very good english. Said she was with the crime investigation and I had three charges a***nst me and I had to pay today or else

It was a collection agency.

My husband got a call from this Stacy Williams. She said she was with Untied States Bureau Department of Crime and prevention.  She told my husband he owed money but wouldn't say from where.  She wouldn't give an address, only wanted payment over phone.  She said they will come pick us up at work also.

This appears to be some sort of fraud. Called my client and threated to arrest her if she did not pay by credit card. Beware.

Received call from this number stating that they were an officer from the legal department of crime intervention and that I was a party in a case to be filed.  They had the last 4 digits of my social and my name.  The person calling gave the name of Ashley Jinks.

I recieved a call from this number threatened to put me in jail. If I do not pay and I must fax them a written statement agreeing to their terms and write all my personal info downto give them.

Has called my employer and myself stating that the US Marshalls were coming to get me at either my home or place of employment.
