I keep getting messages from another number, 209-439-7013 but it is the same message. The BBC video of the caller sounds just like the guy I get calls from. They are so harassing and I guess they just want to wear me down. Also look under 800notes.com. They are also trying to post to websites like these and present as people who are satisfied customers. Don't believe it.  I think next time I am just going to tell go ahead and sue me.

About 3 weeks ago, I got a call from Danny Foster.  He s****ed threatend me with legal action concerning a Payday loan, that he say I owe, which I don't.  He told me that he was going to have the police come out to pick me up and take me to prison, he had my little nine year old daughter crying hystericaly, because she thought her Mommy was going to prison.  He is still calling me, and threatend me with legal action, telling me that he will send his people out to get me.

BBB is unable to locate the persons responsible for the phony debt collection calls. BBB offers the following advice to consumers if they receive a su****ious telephone call about an outstanding debt: * Ask the debt collector to provide official do***entation which substantiates the debt. * Do not provide or confirm any bank account, credit card or other personal information over the phone until you have confirmed the legitimacy of the call. * File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission if the caller is abusive, uses threats or otherwise violates federal telemarketing laws. * File a complaint with BBB if you believe a debt collector is trying to scam you.

Robert Tyson called saying that he is from Department of Law & Investigation and they are calling about a debt I owe for USA Cash. My friend got on the phone and cursed them out. they even called me at work

guy called me saying he was Officer RObert Tyson.  Said I have criminal charges coming up a***nst me and i'm a suspect under investigation. i don't care about scammers whatever but to act as a police officer is pushing the limits.  not to mention when i asked what agency he was from he wouldn't tell me. total scam! plu they called from a california number but told me to call a texas number?..i've been throuth the courts with actual criminal charges a***nst me and trust me..they won't call you to tell you you are a suspect for anything lol.

Wow does this story get old.  I had a call from an unavailable number so I let it go to voicemail.  On the message there is a guy with a heaveyg middle eastern accent telling me that there is a case a***nst me and a friend of mine that used me as a refference and that I need to call 512-377-6979, which is from Austin, TX, or there are serious legal penalties,.. and here's the best part, ends with "have a blessed day."  I have worked in law enforcement for years so of course, before I called, I did my homework.  My friend applied for a loan online at 300cash.com.  She used me as a reference and was denied.  Since they have debited her checking account twice for more than $1000.00.  I called the number back but it is a fash busy which means it's a non-active number. I have reported this to IC3.com, and the FTC.  I hope this guy calls me back.

"John ******" called me...gave me this number 512-377-6979 as his call back. I could not understand him and told him not to call me at work.  He said this is an urgent, time sensitive matter.  Would not give me the originating loan company name nor any do***ents.

Robert Tyson called me and said I got a payday loan in march of 07, won't tell me from who, what date they supposedley deposited $300 into  my account and says if I don't give him a promise to pay of $544.50 by 10/15/09 and a down payment of $100 today by 1pm my time it will go to court and I'll owe at least 6k.  He won't send me any paperwork via fax or any do***entation today, he says they'll send it within 3 weeks to my address. I asked him why I should trust him when I don't even know him, and I never made a payday loan in New York anyways and I think he's mistaken.  This is the second time I've been harrassed by these people and I'm tired of it.

Got a call from a Officer James Anderson from 512-377-6979 stating that he is going to send out an investigation team to my place of employment.  Says I owe on a payday loan from January 2008 for 290.00 but they will settle for $525.30.  Is this legal to harrass someone and threaten them at work.  Also, I did not have any payday loan for $290.00 back in January 2008.

Got a call also from this number 512-377-6979 an Officer James Anderson, foreign speaking Mother F****r.  Well called the telephone company to trace the call, this is a scam, not a business or collection agency for no pay day loan - the number isn't listed.  So my advice - next time you get a call tell them to F**** OFF.

Danny Foster called about cash advance collection. Heavy Indian accent. Called my cell phone, my office phone, and sister's phone! I have never had a cash advance loan. He said I had a very seriuos legal matter I need to take care of.  Caller ID number was 415-880-5599. Return number was 512-377-6979.

I can't believe this guy! "danny Foster" called my cellphone and left a threatening message about a "very serious legal matter". Then called my office phone with the same mesage. Then called my sister with the same message. My sister calls me up all freaked out that I have legal problems. I called him bak. Hard to understand over Indian accent. Tells me I have "3 allocations" a***nst me. Won't tell me what they are. Then says they are for internet loans. I have never taken a internet loan out. This is scary!!!!! The number that showed on my caller ID was 415-880-5599. The number to call back was 512-377-6979.

hi i am danny foster and i call people at work to scam them. can i call you. no really i am not but he pretends to be a different person each time he calls. stop calling.

So an Allen Hall or Hale maybe Hill cuz you can't understand them..keeps calling "supposedly" according to him this is the first I've heard of him. He was calling me about some debt but I still don't know what because he called my parents house. Now he is threatening my parents..yelled at my mom and when anyone trys to get info about the company name or what its about they **** up on you. Also, the number they give u to call back is not the number they called on and its usually not even the same area code.  Can you say SCAM!!

Robert Tyson keeps calling me concerning $500 from Cash Advance back in January 2009.  I ask for do***ention but refuses to send any or who it is from.  Records indicated I have paid everyhting.

I have received unavailble calls from someone who I can barely understand.  The number is 512-377-6979 and to ask for Sam Duncan.  When I call them they threaten me with a lawsuit for over 700.  They won't provide me with any information other than that is thru Cash Net.  When I call cash net, I am told I have no account with them and to beware of SCAMS.  Sam Duncan continues to threaten me and want me to send 100 to hold my account.  They will not release any info to me, stating that they will once I pay 100.  I am afraid I am being scammed!

Victor Daniels called asking for me at my place of employment. He has been told numerous times to stop calling here.  Last week he was Rich or Rick Daniels.  This week it's "Victor".  Loud noises in the background.  Foreign accent.  Waste of time for both of us.  Not going to call!
