Well only this I can suggest is that there are many scams going on...but this is the fact that they do sue people for not paying loan...so whatever you do you should think twice or you may end-up in by paying huge fine in court.

There was a gentleman (mr.ray flaeck) that called my place of employment and said i was being sued for he would not say i asked him what was the amount who,was it from and what was it about thats when the gentleman got right nasty with me. so i ***g up and called my bank they said i did not open my account up until 2/09 so iam trying to make sure that this person is not doing anything crazy with my identy
