Who Called: ***in Coyne

Brian Coyne called my friend and claimed that he worked for Social Security Office with an address at 1100 West High Rise 6401, Baltimore MD 21235. He asked her to verify her home address and how many cars and houses she had. He also asked for bank account info. He spoke with a foreigner's accent and not naive speaker of English.
