Unsolicited robocall complete with threatening female voice who is somehow miffed about not being able to reach me concerning lowering my interest rate. Seems legitimate!

They called, wouldn't tell me the company name. Stated that they knew I had credit cards and that the interest was high. Haha. Jokes on them. When I asked to be removed from their call list, the guy argued with my. Heavy middle eastern accent.
