CALLS AND STATES I OWE THEM MONEY AND IF I DON'T CALL THEM BACK THEY WILL CALL THE COPS AND I WILL LOSE ME JOB. I NEVER PULLED A LOAN SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT

I received a call from this number and the gentleman who answered, in broken english might I add, stated that I owe Pay Day Cash Advance USA money.. I have NEVER taken out a payday advance loan from anyone. When I asked the person to fax me a copy of the load agreement he stated "I cannot do that you will have to speak to the legal department".. but would not give me the number.. He also threatened my job.

I just got a call from this number calming the person is officer Derrick Johnson and that was a lawsuit a***nst me. I have nothing to do with that. honestly, my guess is that if you do a payday loan and they sell your information, these people try to get money out of you. SO, be careful and I am reporting this number to the Better Business Bureau so that this harrassment can stop.

These people are pieces of ****! Stop preying on the innocent and get a real **** job! They just s****ed calling me and I knew right away it was a scam. They call my cell and my work and it is really annoying. I called Bank of America where they said they deposited the money and they said it is a huge scam going on right now and just to ignore it and report them. I don't even have a BofA account. So I called them back and told them how I felt about their little scam and ended with I hope you choke on a **** and die and they finally ***g up.

Same thing with me! I filed out a payday load search service thing. They have called my employment and told our secretary to "kiss my****". When I called them, they had all my information too...bank account, SS #, date of birth, etc! I even escalated the call to their "supervisors" n they sounded fishy to me. I told them I was going to get lawyer. They said, "We will send Sheriff and subpeona to work so [I ]can talk to them at work." This teacher isn't falling for it!

This is happening to me as well!! These people have all my information, social security number, address, work phone, email address, ect! I had tried to take out a loan but didn't end up even getting it! They claim I owe them money when I never took out a loan!! They called my work yes****ay about 100 times in about a 3 hour time span!!! I'm closing my bank account, put a fraud alert on my social and called the police. We are keeping records of their messages and how many times they've called so I can put a harassment claim a***nst them! It's free for the fraud alert, if you haven't done it yet you need to!! Just go online or call one of the 3 credit bueros. Have your work put a block on their number and do the same for your personal phone!!! ***K THESE****HOLES!!!!

i really dont know who this people are calling me. They have all my information claiming i took out a payday loan like 4 months ago so when i asked for some do***ents and the number to the company for the loan they are stating there are no signed do***ents and that this is the # i would have to go thru them. They are calling my job leaving messages on my voicemail threating to get me fired and cussing @ me. These calls are getting out of hand. i have 2 kids to take care of if i lose my job. I need some help please
