(512) 501-4761

I got this text just a few minutes ago! I called, and it's just recording asking for credit card information, you can't talk to anyone. Of course I DID NOT give any of my information! I don't even have a credit union account!!! Nor do I have any credit cards that am actively using. Does anyone know how they get your phone number?

Recieved two text messages fromt these people. I called back and tried to get an operator but the system just ***gs up on you. This is most likley an over seas deal, meaning the FBI is no good here. There are lots of these scams. Just dont be ****** and give your information to anyone without verifing who you are talking too. Its that simple. Just make sure you tell your kids!!!!

I would expect that the phone number has been opened with a fake name for the purpose of getting credit card info. What they have planned for the info i dont know, but i am sure it is not legal. I would expect that it is one of those automated callers that text the same msg to all. In the hopes of some poor ****er giving the info they request when you call. There has to be someone on this list that has so****ing to do with law enfforcement that can look into who this person/company is and grab them by there short hairs, throw them in a dark hole and lose the key.

Got the same text as everyone else. Got similar messages before never from this number.

I got a text msg by this 512 501 4761 number as well. Since this is definately a phishing msg and looking to scam someone these people need to be shut down, but arrested, taken into custody and charged. Someone needs to have a country wide clearing house that is run by the FBI or somebody that can put a stop to this type of thing.

Community Driven Credit Union is a valid ins***ution.  I checked their website an they are aware of the fraudulent phone calls and text messages.  I received a text message just 40 minutes ago.  I hope that the government will shut them down soon.

Same thing, was a follow-up to a scam text I received from a different number yes****ay.  I still don't have an account with "Community Driven C.U." so it's still an ineffective scam.

Third text from these people.  Have no idea who they are.  Told to call 512-501-4761.  Which is a supposed card activation site, they then capture all your data and act like they are activating a card.  These people should be found and ****.
