I just received a call from this number. I answered it, but no one was there. They did not leave a message. I called the number back and I got a recording that said, "You have reached the United States Dental Department," and then I ***g up. Definitely SPAM!
COLLECTION Agency that purchases 20 year old "debt" and tries to get you to pay on a closed or paid account for a "reduced" amount. Be AWARE that there is a statute of limitations but if at any point in any recorded phone call you allude or refer to the debt as such, you have reactivated the debt. Tricky, yeah, and very dishonest. I tell them absolutely NO, the debt was paid and I own nothing. You may not even remember the credit card or unsecured debt after so many years, but they keep "circulating" the notes a****st themselves, purchasing for pennies on the dollar.
