I have the same thing happen to me last night and today. one stating his name is Rodger Williams and the other is Paul Fer***ez. both called from different numbers. they stated that they had my ssn. I am about to call my local sheriffs office and all 3 credit companies. the one that called today stated that i have a court date on tuesday and that if i did not call them back i would be arrested at home or work on tuesday morning. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

BLACK000 I have received these calls off and on since 01/2011.  All from different numbers acrosse the country BUT the same STRONG Indian accent.  In fact, on 06/20/11 I received THREE calls all "American" names...Davey Jones, Frank Williams, and Joe!!  SCAMMERS!!! It is ridiculous, WHY is nothing being done with these people!!! I'm sick of the harrassing calls!  The funniest part, is you can hear all the other scammers in the room talking and saying the SAME thing!!  THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED NOW!

this guy call and said i need to pay for so****ing that i never got any money and he keep on saying shut up i need to pay andd said he would **** me for the money

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN HARRASSING ME ENDLESSLY AND THE CALLER ALWAYS HAS AN INDIAN ACCENT. THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE AMERICAN NAMES LIKE SCOTT BUT AN AMERICAN HAS NEVER CALLED. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM AND GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY THEY WILL GET RUDE. I'M GLAD TO KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS ISSUE, THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MONTHS.

they called me and told me that i was getting arrested for sumthing i called my phone provider and got the number blocked.

I agree with you E. I just received a call at work from this number also claiming the were an officer and were with the National Bureau of Investigation. I work at a bank and know all about these sort of scams - they are a joke so please don't give any banking information to them. If they claim that they have your account info, take caution, monitor your account and if you notice anything su****ious, notify your bank immediately!

this is a scam...shawn knight you probably work for this company! hahah this company actually tried saying that i will be arrested if i dont take care of my 120 dollar payday loan really?  my husband is a police officer and said this is illegal

Hello I was receiving phone calls from this number on my home and work place,  Before i was also thinking that they are Scam but when I went to report a***nst them , I came to know they are really from BCI {Bureau Of Crime Investigation] from Austin,TX.. I have to know pay heavy penalty to them because of debt that i owe and because i have not belive them.SO PLEASE TAKE CARE ALL MY FRIENDS THAT THIS IS REALLY CALL FROM BCI. SO DONT IGNORE AND DO REPLY OF THIS CALL.

Me too, they keep calling me, at work and my cell phone. i told them that a reported them, they stopped and s****ed calling a***n

I received two messages this evening from a gentleman with a very strong Indian accent. He stated that he was with National Bureau of Criminal Investigation. He stated that I have charges a***nst my name and last four of my social security number. He stated that I or my attorney needed to contact him ASAP since this was a time sensitive matter. I have not taken out a payday loan.
