Someone from this number has threatened a lawsuit, and will only accept credit card numbers...do not fall for this.  They have also been known to have the social security number of the person they are calling and will ask you to confirm if it is right.......do not do this.  Tell them that is not your SS number.

These people are cons.  Today I tried to get information out of them... Address so I could send a money order or cashiers check.. They won't give you an address and will only accept credit cards..........And they will not tell you who has a judgement a***nst you... SCAM>>

Someone called me!

This guy with a very heavy India accent called me and said they where from a fraud department and that I owed them a $300 dollar loan, which I never took out. They proceed to say that I would go to jail. I requested their name and didn't understand one word they said. I also requested that they send me proof that they sent that loan to me and they said no. I told them I will not pay unless they show proof. Than a twist happen. He said they deposit the loan in 2009 in a bank account. I told them that I didn't have a bank account in 2009 at all. I ****ed up after that. I will call the police to make a report and let the credit burea and my current bank about this.

Called about a $300 loan. Told him we didn't have one. Said we would end up behind bars.

He told me that If i didnt pay my debt of $400 that someone would come pick me up at my job. I asked him to fax or mail me info regarding my debt and he said that he couldnt release any info. I said until you can release some info do not call me a***n

saying im in legal trouble, to call back now

They have called me 3 times now. I ask who they are and they won't tell me. I answer their question but they keep persisting. Finally I have to **** up because they ask my name and how to spell it. Why are you asking me (is this?) and then ask me how I spell it?
