I have been receiving calls from this number as well and recently at work.  I have told him several times not to call me at work. The calls persist.  I am about to get rude with him and threaten him with charges if the calls at work persist.  Not sure what good that will do, but can try.

I have received several calls from this place and have told them before that I never took out a loan. They keep calling me and have been doing it for several months. Today I am off work and received a call from a co-worker who was very concerned letting me know that someone called and told her that there was a lawsuit a***nst my social security number. She told me his name was Brian Smith and that he had such a strong Indian accent she could not understand him. She gave me the number and I called them. I immediately requested to speak with someone that I could understand better. He finally transfered me to someone else that I could not understand. I then proceeded to tell him that I have never taken out a loan, and that it was illegal for him to give my co-worker the information that he had given her. I requested that he not call my work anymore and that by law if I request that he can not legally call for me there. He then began to tell me that he would call for me there as much as he liked. I then ***g up on him and got online and found several complaint forms like this one a***nst the exact company that called me and that they are a scam. I then called my co-worker to let her know what was going on and in the 3 minutes I was on the phone with him he called 2 more times. I can't believe all of the scams that are out there and how many people get ripped off by these people. You can't trust anyone anymore.

I just got a call just like your husband only at home, he had really broken english, I have no idea what he is talking about, they are using scare tactics, I think, I had another call just like this one and they said I was being sued and I would be getting a supoena to go to court!!! really!!!!  That number was from New York, New York, I got ahold of the dept. of fraud investigation that he said he was from, and they said they do not deal in this kind of lawsuits.  They said to get ahold of the attorney general in New York.  This is just a scam, according to other replys in New York.  The number is not even registered with 911

My husband recieved a call at his work today.  His boss answered the phone and the gentleman said "your employee owes us money, you need to pay us now".  My husband asked me to call the company back to see what was going on.  I called and spoke to Adam who was the supervisor at this company.  He said that we took a pay day loan and never repaid the debt.  I asked him when this was and for how much.  He couldnt tell me an exact date that we recieved the money or for how much.  He told me that it was some time in December and for around $300.  I told him that we didnt take a payday loan and he said that if i didnt pay him NOW he would take us to court and have to pay $3000.  He said that our lives would turn into a living***** if we didnt pay him now.  He had such a deep accent that i could barely understand him.  The scary part is they have my husbands social security number.  I dont know what we can do.
