stop calling me

Called both cell phones and house phone at the same time. I actual tried to tell these people they had the wrong number. When I asked who they were and who they represented the person on the other end acted like he was mentally challenged. I think this is a collection agency. I told the person my phones were on the national do not call list. If they are a collection agency it is most likely a waste of time since most of them are low lifes.
