My business has received numerous rude, and sometimes inappropriate language, from MILTON BROWN with the THPA.  After being on a do not call list and requesting to be removed from the call bank we still receive extremely rude calls from MR. BROWN.  Today he called and was rude, threatening and then ***g up.  I call his supervisor STEVE JENKINS to report this matter and only after MR. JENKINS getting a dose of being rude did he then procede to YELL at me.  I definitely see where his employees get their demeanor.  Anyone who receives these call, I encour*** you to call MR. JENKINS at 512-637-9370...he says he doesn't care about blog posts but citizens need to call and make a formal complaint.

I just received a call from this so-called person... caller Id read THPA.  This guy was extremely rude.  If you are****ociated with any professional organization it is common sense personal information is not released, especially being a "jack wipe" like that.  Don't you know you get more bees with honey!!!  And what era are you from... Pager???  Get a clue.

I just got a call from this number asking to speak to the Owner, I told him he wasn't in and he asked for his cell/pager number (Pager, really?). I told him I was not allowed to give out that personal information,and he was like, "Well why didn't you just say that at first, you could've just said no". Then ***g up on me. I didn't get his name but he was just a complete a**. Its like dude you frickin called me not the other way around. Get a **** clue.

yes, it is a scam...ask them to send you the information for a donation thru the mail. They won't because it would then become a federal crime using USPS for illegal activities.

I've donated to them a couple of times.  They send out a magazine that is nicely done, but it is just about completely full of ads and little content.  They are quite pushy selling ads.

Same as above.  Spent five minutes talking to him and the guy was a complete a**hole the entire time.  I told him "I am happy to help, but never give out information on an unsolicited phone call."  Then he ***g up.

This has to be a scam.  I wonder if anyone has contact the Texas Attorney General.  The guy is an**** and very rude.  I wonder what is his real affiliation with the Texas State Troopers.  Anyone know?

This guy just called from this number saying he was Kelly Ware. He was rude & demanded to speak with the owner of the company. When I told him the owner was not here, he demanded a cell number, which I would not give him. He was so rude, argumentative, and an overall a**. I don't think he really works for the Tx Highway Patrol. I'm pretty sure this is a scam.

Milton Brown just called our office and asked to talk to the owner.  I told him we were a corporation and he asked to talk to the president.  I said he was not in and he said, "give me  his cell number!"  I said that we don't give out his cell number and he ***g up on me!.He didn't say who he was with or what he wanted.  Rude man.

I've donated to this organization for the past couple of years.  They just called me this morning, and after I told him I didn't have any funds at this time, if he could bill me or call me back in a couple of weeks, he quickly said 'thank you' and ***g up the phone. I don't think I'll ever donate to this organization a***n.

Mr. Brown just called and rudely said "WHO IS THE PRESIDENT OF YOUR COMPANY?!  I NEED TO SPEAK WITH HIM RIGHT NOW!" He was rude and ***g up on me.  We won't be calling him back whomever he is, especially if it is a "donation" scam. I'll put my money in the boot!

I recieved a call from thisnumber and was very pleased to donate $150.00.And by the way milton brown was very professional.

These guys keep calling me too.  Now that I know their number I can block it from my phone.

I just received a call as well from this number. I when he ***g up on me I called it back. He then ***g up on me a***n after I saying I had the wrong number. When I did the reverse search it gave me nothing. So I called the Texas Highway Patrol****ociation and asked to speak to someone about this rude phone call I had just recieved, I was given a number to call to speak to a Steve 877-381-9370. I told him of the call and gave him the number he said he would speak to the caller. I told him I would never donate to their company as long as he employed rude people. I also told him that we were on the no call list. He then told me that non profit organizations are exempt. Go figure!

This is the TX Highway Patrolman's****oc.  Extremely rude on the phone and despite saying we are not going to donate based on how rude they are, they keep calling. Ironic that the caller ID says, "TX HWY PATROL A**" AND NOT "ASSOC".
