I just got a call today from this company claiming I had an outstanding loan with them and if I didn't provide my credit card they were going to have me arrested.   I contact the local police deparment and they said this was a scam.   They will be filing an Annoying caller report and hopefully they won't be bothering me a***n.

I received a call but the man would only identify himself, not the company or who he represented.  His name was Joseph Martin...the number is out of Elgin, TX.  He left a message on my phone stating my SSN was being investigated and it went down hill from there.  The message sounded more electronic than being a real person....rude and demeaning.
