Leave a Comment4/24/20 @ ~ 10:30AM in New England. Got a call from this number, and I NEVER answer a call unless I recognize the number or there's called ID. I know NO ONE in area code 512 (Austin, TX) and there was no caller ID, so I didn't answer, they left no message and I blocked it on my phone. Obvious spam/scam call. Researched this No. and it comes back as an Apple store in Austin, TX.

Apple. Called about an open case I had.
It's just apple.
Agree apple.
It was someone from Apple Customer Service. Wanted to check and see if I got a late Itunes gift card I called them about. It was a USPS problem due to weather. A lot of the people on this blog say they don't own an Apple Computer. But did you buy so****ing on Itunes or complained about a product like quicktime/Safari? Or they might be checking to see if someone else(Your kid) is using your credit card to buy songs. This is way more than MS would do for you. Thank you, Apple
*** this rep at this number was being rude so I ***g up and then he called me back and I told him I ***g up. He then proceeded to **** up on me and call back literally 20 times and s****ed prank calling me. I wish I knew his name. He could so be fired for that.
I missed the call and got a voice mail from this number. I couldn't really understand what he said in the voice mail and somehow accidentally deleted the voice mail. I was scared that it maybe was from one of the places I just applied for a job. So I called this number back and there was a woman said this number belongs to Apple, Austin. I asked her did they call me a while ago, and she refused to tell me who from their store called me and why. It was just annoying!
called me at 4pm EST. didn't say anything before ****ing up....most annoying.i have never called apple.
Got a call from my credit card co (Capital One). They said that some called them from this number (512 674 2000) and c****ed all my billing information, etc, for my account at Cap One. I now have to put a fraud alert out because in order for someone to c****e my billing info like that, they would have to have my SS #.I'm calling Apple now to tell them, just in case one of their employees is responsible.
This is Apple Computer calling to confirm credit card orders.I received the call, didn't answer until I googled it, then picked up the second call. It is legit
Apple support called to verify that my son's purchase of a laptop with my credit card was legitimate. I was glad they called. I had authorized the purchase, but was glad to see they were wat****g. (He called from his cell phone, and had the purchase shipped to his address at school - different from the address corresponding to the credit card.)
Apple computer calling about a "Genius support" call. Legit for me, i just forgot they were supposed to call me now.
I got a call from Apple computer today asking if I authorized a purchased for $1,000.00 I told them that I did not so they will cancell the order. I called my cc company and there was two other charges one for $1.00 and another for $866.00 so my cc company cancelled them and will issue a new card for me. Good for Apple they watch your back.
It's a sales rep that I regularly work with. I am in a school district and he was letting me know about a sale. Very prof. and could save the district money.
This is APPLE.They just called me. My CC number was also stolen (a first for me).Someone in a nearby city tried to make a $1000 purchase using my CC.Thanks to Apple, my CC has now been canceled much faster than I would have noticed otherwise.Thank you Apple!
This number is totally Apple they totally saved me a HUGE hassle... my card number got jacked and they caught an order that MF put though on their site. They were really nice but couldn't give me too much info. I called my card company and they blocked the card... and FOUR other purchases to other online retailers....Apple totally has your bac**** Kick a**.

Apple called me concerning an actual repair from this number. If you call the number back, you get Apple.
They SOMEHOW got my parents name and home phone number (I just purchased through apple.com but NEVER gave any of that info) and called my parents asking for information about my recent online apple.com purchase of a macbook (asked if the purchase was valid as though I was a teenager sneaking mommy's credit card from her purse. umm no I used MY OWN!)...Im an adult!!! They disclosed information about my order to my mother and she was very disturbed they would be calling her to "check in" on her adult daughter's purchase. Is this even legal???
Called me, said "This is AJ from Apple". Asked me "How are things going?" Then asked me so****ing about some sort of X Serve. When asked what he was talking about said so****ing about believing me to be with a Jacob School of Engineering and an invoice they'd gotten.Very unprofessional. Very su****ious. Didn't say anything regarding an actual sales call.Immediate impression is that this is a some kind of information gathering ***ting expedition.
