said they were calling to a department of health survey @ 8:18pm

they call daily after i have repeatedly asked to be taken off the calling list, they say that the health survey they need you to take and the only way to stop the calls is to do their survey... it has to be a scam... just had to block number on iphone

Crystal calls at 9 Pm Sunday evening from Aistin Texas. She said she represented Dept of Florida Health. Left me 800-727-7855 Ext 401. Researched this # and it gave no information about this 800 number. Purpose of call was for me to do a survey. No doubt personal iden***y scam. Beware
