My sister was targeted by these people.  She was afraid and gave all her bank information before finding out it was a scam.  They threatened her and said they will put an affidavit out on her social security number!! They called me on my cell phone, left a voicemail, and said I would be in big trouble if I didn't call back.  I called back and she answered "hello". It's a huge scam and they're calling constantly!

THEY CALLED THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT THEY WERE RUDE AND WOULD GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOAN THEY CLAIM I HAVE WITH THEM! I ASK FOR DO***ENTATION FOR PROOF THAT I AUTHORIZED A LOAN FROM ONLINE AND HE GOT MAD HE EVEN GAVE ME A CASE ID NUMBER WHICH I COULDN'T TAKE DOWN BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING BUT HE STATED HIS NAME WAS JAMES SO****ING HE PURPOSELY DIDN'T MAKE HIS LAST NAME CLEAR WHEN HE LEFT HIS MESSAGE STATING THAT THERE WAS AN AFFIDAVIT FOR MY SS!

I to also received a voice mail on my cell phone from this number.  My guys name was Alan Smith.   A***n, I could barely understand my message but I did get the number and called it back.  A***n, when answered -- nothing to identify who I was talking with or what company he was with.  He needed to know MY phone number to help me.  Told me I would be in big trouble if I didn't call him back and that my SS # was being tampered with.   I finally just ***g up.  After all, if you can't understand and word they are saying to you it doesn't do much good.  A***n, I think a scam.

This "akmed" foreigner accented guy, named Jack, called my home phone number which is unlisted and even if you found it it's under my husband's name not mine.  This person left a message specifically for ME to call back regarding a friend of mine (who he named) that had taken out an online petty loan and listed me as a reference AND a guarantee of the loan.  My friend knows nothing of the issue.  WATCH YOUR BACK.....also, this number came up on caller ID as 00-000 and even that same number when you *69 it.  The only way to know the number is if they leave a message.  Also, Jack did not identify his company.  He told me that I would be in serious trouble if I did not contact him within 72 hours.DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NUMBER AT ALL!!!!
