Called me twice today, left a recorded message about how important it was that I call 'her' back regarding the legal proceedings.

Left a message saying I was under investigation for tax fraud, that my property was under surveillance and that I needed to return their call immediately. When I did some foreign speaking guy answered as Officer Miller from the IRS and wanted my name and social, I wouldn't give it to him so he threatened to send an officer to have me arrested.
