Couple of things you can consider:1) Go on-line and file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding the harassing phone calls from whatever number the individual is calling.2) Contact the communications provider and ask them to block your number from their subscriber.  I believe the 512-729-0222 is a number****igned to Pac-West Communications.  Contact them and ask to have your number blocked.  They purchased Tex-Link Communications in 2008 who previously showed to have the number.  Hope this helps........this is a big scam and usually relates to people who have applied for some type of payday loan, whether they actually submitted their application or not...somehow their information was obtained.

these people just don't give up. It's a scam. They got public info from so****ing online. Police in my area said just ignore. feel sorry for people who give there debit or credit card info to these loosers.

This phone number contacted me this afternoon to try to scam me out of cash.  His so called name is Mark McDonald.  He had some of my information correct, and some not  (my ss# was off by one number and he continued to tell me that I was lying and that he had the right number!!)  he claimed to be from the DEPARTMENT OF LAW & INVESTIGATIONS......

they are calling my phone back to back. saying that I owe for a payday loan that I never got
