Repeatedly calls leaving no message. I don't know how they got my cell number !

Just recieved four calls in 2 minutes. No voicemail

They just called my cell (it is illegal to market to cell phones).. Credit card scam to lower your interests rate. There was no option on the recording to be added to the do not call lists. So I pressed 1 to talk to a rep. The sales rep sounded foreign and when I asked him to add me to the do not call lists he asked why. I repeated for him to add me to the do not call list he asked why. I repeated, Please add me to the do not call list". He asked a***n, why. I said because I don't want to get calls from your company. He said no and then ***g up.
