This a- hole has been calling my wife for months, Always claims to be with a medical company, have blocked him several occasion, he calls from different numbers. I've called the FCC and the Federal trade commission, but the BEST thing you can do to help stop this guy is call his phone provider, Level 3 Communications, LLC . at 877 371-8776 and talk to their abuse specialists. Hopefully if enough people call and complain this guy will lose his phone provider.
