They called with music in the back ground, did not say a word, waited a few minutes and then ***gup. i called back and noone answered.

GOOGLE "AMDOCS" and you'll see the connection to SOUTHWESTERN BELL. The phone calls are probably coming from Israel, and people that owe some bank or finance company are targeted because creditors pay for it. They know every call you make (AMDOCS handles the phone billing for over half the US and all that from ISRAEL) so they can call from familiar cities where you may have friends/relatives, and they can "ghost" their location to anywhere in the world. Turn off answ. ma****es and don't answer any calls. (return legit calls after you *69 them-keep a log of the bogus ones for a class action lawsuit one day ) They don't get paid unless they can prove they've irritated you. Another Israeli dwindle.

Called number back and was a recording saying that I reached a product service line and to call back during reg business hours. I called at 1:30 PM on a Monday. I suspect telemarketer

Receive calls. Never a message left on the recorder. When the call is picked up, they **** up.
