They keep calling everyday over and over. I told them it was not a good number and the calls continue even after 7pm.

This is a debt collector agency called "Glass Mountain Capital" or GMC credit services. Not GNC! In resear****g them I have found that they are the subject of a number of complaints and even apparently have three pending federal lawsuits a***nst them just in 2013 for violations of the Fair Debt Collections Act. They are based out of Illinois Glass Mountain Capital, LLC 1930 T****au Dr., Suite 2600 Schaumburg, IL 60173 They apparently contract with local law firms in your cities who in turn act as collection agents for GMC. This company tries to collect on old debts that are already expired and past their lawful collection time which is usually eight years or less depending on your state. After the lawful collection term expires they cannot legally collect on that old debt but they try and scare you into paying them if you don't know your rights. Read the "Fair Debt Collection Act" and get familiar with your rights a***nst abusive and bullying debt collectors.
