Leave a CommentThis all s****ed from trying to register with jobnab.com. I had never heard of this place nor have I ever been to their site. Once I tried to register it said that there was already a profile for my email address listed. I thought that was odd so I exited the site. Not 20 mins later I got a text from "Anna" wanting to know if I was still intrested in a job. If this place is legit, they are not doing a good job @ all convincing me. I will be blocking their number and reporting any futher emails from them as spam. This is funny.. Check out all the "who called" type boards... ALL the messages and reply's are the same for these people with the exception of the user names and a few "just have to mix it up a bit" details... I would be VERY warry about this... Just an FYIJust a few examplesPay close attention to the: (I put "***y" for the name of my girlfriend in my phone and every time she texts me, it says ***y. So it's in the phone not the text.) lol.. watch who just the "I put" c****esJust a few examples of what I am talking about.http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-512-827-***2http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/512827***2
Yes! Thank you!
Here's what happened when I went to the site. I filled out two pages of information and was given a phone number to call. When they answered the guy confirmed the information I typed in was correct and then asked me some questions about the types of jobs I wanted. Then he said they'd s**** sending me updates with jobs in my area that meet those requirements. I was given the option of how often I wanted those updates and i said daily. When I got the jobs a few I'd knew already, and a few I didnt. I followed the link and applied for them. Does that answer everyone's questions?
I got the text and went to the website. It's a job mat****g service that interviews you real quick to see what kind of job you're looking for and then sends you jobs in your area that you can go apply to.
What's the website about? The one in the text?
I put "mamma mia" for the name of my mother in my phone and every time she texts me, it says mamma mia. So it's in the phone not the text.
I'm almost positive that cell phones do not have caller IDs. The number has to be in your phone.
I'm pretty sure that I pay extra to get caller ID on my phone. Maybe if you don't pay for it you don't get it.
I got the text too. I've been applying for so many jobs lately so I can work after graduation it could be about a ***dred jobs.
So did anyone visit the website to see what kind of job it is?
I didn't get anything in Caller ID either, but the text did say it was from a girl named Anna.
Cell phones are different than other phones. They want to limit the amount of data sent to keep costs down so they don't send caller ID info. The number has to be in your address book to come up in caller ID.
No, caller IDs are in the number programming. If it doesn't come up it's because there is none.
Got text. No caller ID but message was pretty clear. Said that if I was still interested in finding a job to visit their website. Presumably got my resume off of Monster...
Doesn't the number need to be in your address book for a caller ID to come threw on your cell phone?
Caller ID: Unknown.
Text message. No caller ID. Message was about jobs.
Text messages! The phone calls of the future probably!
SMS from nowhere...
Yep, no Caller ID text.
Text message. No caller ID.
No caller ID here either. Who sends texts to people they don't know.
