Leave a Commentthey called me and cut it before i could pick it up. When i called back it ringed once /twice and then went silent as if some one picked up but no one spoke.
Just got a call from this number and let it go to vm. They didn't leave a message so I called the number back and it rang twice and went silent.
I called the actual Time Warner number and spoke with a supervisor. They said that this number, 1-512-861-8250, is NOT from Time Warner and that he would contact the FRAUD DEPARTMENT immediately. DO NOT give out any personal information. CALL THE POLICE if you receive a call from this number. They are COMMITTING A CRIME and need to be ARRESTED.
I didn't answer but later called the number back. someone answered (or at least it stopped ringing) but nothing happened. my guess is it's a spammer that doesn't accept calls at that number -- a***n, that's only my guess. nothing factual.
