It is Time Warner cable. They occasionally call their existing customers tO inform them of new products and services.

I am receiving calls almost every day, sometimes more than one per day.  I have never answered the phone when they call, and they don't leave any message.

These people continue to call day after day to a phone # on the do not call registry.  I have to****ume it is a telemarketer because I've never done business with these people.
