Truck driver based my area. They wanted to send me a deposit for me to remove the item from craigslist. They were not interested in seeing item, before buying it.

Wanted to buy golf club. Craigslist. Said he would pay $235 venmo. Said he sent it but then got a message saying I needed to be a “Business” account and its $200 more. But the “buyer” needs to pay for it… so he said he sent the money and then I got an email saying I have $435 but I can’t get it until I send back $200 to the buyer. And then I could access the $435. Has Indian (India) accent. AVOID!

they wanted to buy an item I had on Craigslist. They wanted to pay with Zelle. I gave him my email address and fake Zelle message came in. I stopped texting with him then.

I sold my gaming pc and still don’t have my 1.1k!! Laptop delivered but no money!! Scammer!!!
