This is 100% fraud, send a voicemail and block. I called them back multiple times and each time a different person answers using your name and recorded line. They are fishing to collect additional information on you. Avoid this caller

Dials me constantly one ring ****s up I called the number back he knew my name so crepy

would not state who he was with, just repeated his name and said he was trying to get a hold of "stated someones name", told him it was not me and can I help him with anything and he politely said he would take care of it and ***g up. I think it is a bill collector trying to get a hold of previous phone owner.
