Called non-stop for two days.

I was called once on 2 different days 5-9-2013 and 5-10-2013 and I did not answer. There was no voice mail. I called the number on the second day and what I got was some kind of ring tone then a synthetic voice said "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent."
