Yea I just got one of those about an hour ago too

I got a random call from someone yelling at me, saying "stop calling me!" and "why you keep calling me!" and whatnot. They didn't respond to anything I said, so I****ume it's a soundboard.I called back (with my google voice number, of course) and all I got was the dial-up sound.It's from a landline in ****ord ohio, but the number seems to be unlisted.Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens to me a lot. I have a really simple phone number.
