Does anyone have a valid address for Smith Travis? I don't think they actually sue, just threaten. I am offering $100 cash for a legitimate address. In order for Smith Travis to sue someone, they must provide a valid address with the court. If anyone actually got sued by Smith & Travis, I'll give you $100 cash for a copy of the lawsuit in order to get Smith & Travis's address. Certainly, if Smith Travis is filing all these lawsuits ***dreds of people have the address. Smith Travis will not disclose a business address. The address Smith Travis gave to the Better Business Bureau is fraudulent (300 E. Business Way 2nd Floor; Cincinnati, OH). This address is the address of a Regus temporary office facility (http://www.showcase.com/property/300-E-Business-Way/Cincinnati/Ohio/585474). The manager of this Regus facility has told me that Smith Travis is not a tenant, and they are aware that Smith Travis is using the address despite not being a tenant. Frank White, I'll even give you $100 cash for your real address and name. I'll mail cash to the address. I will not however do as you recommend which is to write out a check to Credit One Credit Card, scan it in, then e-mail it to [email protected] or fax it to (470) 377-0066, because that would allow you to illegally make deductions from my bank account, and I believe you are a criminal. If any former or current employee of Smith & Travis would like to share the address you conduct business, I’ll give you $100 cash. Just to be clear of my intentions, I intend to share that address with the proper authorities, then publish that address so that Cease and Desist letters may be sent to you, and aid in organizing a class action lawsuit for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
