I also had this credit card cannot be processed message in an email.I had ordered from Michigan Bulb.  Never had problems with credit card ordering before  I called them back a couple times on this number.  Seems legit but will check with my credit card company immediately.

This call 513-354-1522 belongs to a bulb company called Brecks. I received a call/message from this company and it says my credit card cannot be processed and therefore my order cannot be shipped. I have no problem using the credit card with other online company. Will call them back to verify this.

This is Michigan Bulb, an on-line and catalog plant vendor.  They are nice people and will call if your order has an issue or they need to verify credit card information.  If it's not you if you just tell them they will not call back.

call said so****ing about my order from Michigan Bob and credit card processing did not go through - please press 1 or call the number in question, but that the order has already been shipped...I know nothing about this "company" and just ***g up.

caller was a recording claiming my order was shipped but there was a problem with my credit card authorization and to remit payment immediately.
