Some one call me every day i don't now who is he. I said to him don't call me a***n but he a***n n a***n call me every day. what should i do?????

I have been getting these same calls.First from a woman then when i asked to speak to a supervisor a man took over and****ured me they would not call back because i googled the number and the company and told them i knew it was a fraudlent company. A week later "Andy" calls saying the same things. After a heated conversation i ***g up ! HE CALLED ME BACK 5 TIMES. Each time saying " Do you wamt to f**k me? Come on and talk ***** with me." I let a class mate answer one time just to make sure i was not hearing things. The thing that ****s me is the first time they called me the woman asked for my fiance and i called back then the debt that was his became mine the following week. I WANT TO SEE THESE PEOPLE PUT UNDER A JAIL!

i recevied the same call at my work number today.Mr. Hooper threating to put me behind bars.  I told him that I declared bankrupcy and all my debt was discharged under the bankrupcy.  He said he did not care and would see me behind bars.These people are scammers.  My guess is that they are not even in the country.  They use these scare tactics to scare people into giving them moneyI have received many other calls like this.  I have reported them to the attorney general.It is my understanding that the authorites really do not do much with these scammers.  However, maybe if enough people report them they can go after them

I'm getting these calls also. 775-410-1816 and 513-433-5651 and 320-0259-331...all of which are people who you can hardly understand. They threaten to take me to jail and threatan my children then tell me God Bless.  I called the local Fugitive department, and they don't even know who I am.  Even they said I couldn't get arrested for "Check Fraud" for an online cash advance.  I'm making a report to my local police as well as TBI and I have contacted the credit bureau.

They called the DAY CARE service I work for, and fortunately I answered the phone, but same as Alan, they told me they were going to f*** and **** my wife, and a lot of other nasty inappropriate things. So****ing needs to be done about this, because it just is very wrong.

They are a collection agency that uses illegal tactics.  They threaten to file charges a***nst me and anyone who co-signed or acted as a reference.  Talked to a lawyer.  There activities are civilly and criminally illegal.  We filed complaint with local police department.  May get referred to FBI.

I got a message from this number telling me that I will receive a lawsuit and that I shouldcontact them at this number.  they had the last four digits of my ss#  What do I do?  This scares the daylights out of me?  Please, please help.

They are calling and telling me I am being sued for a loan from US Cash Advance....I have no payday loans, but they have my so sec# and address. I am worried and not sure who to report them to
