Robo call trying to lower my credit card interest rates.

In the last 2 weeks I have received calls about my car warranty has expired and this is the last call. Heather has called 4 different times from 4 different area codes

WHY CAN'T THESE EFFING HARASSING S***BAGS BE STOPPED!!??!! WE CAN **** OTHER COUNTRIES BUT WE CANNOT STOP THESE HARASSING ROBO-CALLING WORTHLESS PIECES OF SH*T!!!!

I don't know the number, therefore I didn't answer. No voicemail message left.

Calls cell number, leaves no message. And when you call the number it says it is not in service.

I did I not answer because I did not recognize the number.
