I answered the first time, and the woman spewed a script at me for a fraction of a minute before I interrupted her. I told her we were a business and that we don't need telemarketers calling us, and that she please take us off the call list she has. Then I ****ed up. And they called a***n. And I didn't answer.

I received a call last month from this number and a***n tdoay. They say they are GE Capital and that they have a check from me and that they dont know where to apply it. The weird thing is, I have not sent GE Capital a paper check nor with the check # they say they have nor for the Amount they say they have it for. They want information from me, but when i asked them what bank the check is drawn on they dont know. I asked them for the name on the check and they dont know, they ***g up on me when I s****ed asking the questions. I think it is a scam to get your account information. I always pay our GE Capital over the phone or via the internet. It has never been for the amount they say this check is for.

I missed answering this call but when I checked the answering ma****e, the only message left was several beeps, like they were poking on telephone number keys.  My caller ID only displayed MASON OH.  When I did a reverse number check on whitepages.com, it says that the number is landline and unpublished. Very weird.

GE Money services. If they're calling then you have a past due account.

Correct, this is Genpact. An outsourcing company part owned by GE. Internally they look after our IT support and some other functions, they provide quite a good service.I imagine they also do work for GE Money, leasing, etc.

This is for Genpact India. They are an outsource company that are taking thousands of American jobs away, mostly in accounting. Their parent company is GE. How do I know this? I am losing my job to them next week - this is the number they call me on so I can teach them my job.

Jul 15 2009 I got the call on my cel phone...it went to message and didn't leave a message.Did a reverse white page search on MSN and it shows a Mason, Ohio USA unlisted number.How do they get our cel numbers, just by accident? My new cel phone service is ATTDo they at ATT/Cingular sell our numbers to call centers?

This is a collection agency which tries to collect on old debts as far back as 6 or 7 years. Your name and number is sold to them and if they can convince you to pay an old bill that you owe from who knows when, they get to keep all of the money. That is why they are so persistant. I had a small one person business and closed it in 2002. They are trying to collect some kind of bill from me and the business has been closed for years. The number I googled lead me here. 513-459-3626I answered a few questions but realized that this was a collection attempt. Unfortunately, I have since experienced a financial reversal and have lost my home and my credit due to bankruptcy. So if they come after me for so****ing, (can't recall anything left unpaid), then they will find they can't get blood out of a turnip.Ignore these people. I ***g up on them after 3 minutes.M.S.

This was from a call center in India for GE Capital.  First call was a **** up the 2nd left a message.

the same number called me and asked if this was John.. and I anwsered Yes.. and it broke up a little but I thought he said "Thats all thank you"not cool.. kinda werd

When they called for me it was a survey from Lowes platinum visa. They kept calling back until I picked up, what a pain it was to get off the phone with them, they won't take NO for an answer!!

I get call daily from this number today the guy said his name was Chris matthews.  Last monday, I was screaming at him to **** up, ( I told him I needed to call 911)but actually my dog had been injured and I was trying to call my Vet and this **** would not **** up.  I would and then when I would attempt to dial a***n he was still on the line, it went on for about 10 min.  I then call the company he said he was from and talk to a supervisor and of course I never got to talk to one.

Got a call from this number today on my cell - I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a voicemail message.

I keep getting calls from this number.A live person will not identify himself until I verify my name, which I did not.

I just recieved a phone call as well on my cell phone from this number. I didnt answer because I didn't recognise the number, after looking up the area code I found it was a Ohio number and I do not know anyone from Ohio. From the comments above I am glad that I didnt answer it and I definately will not try to call the number back! I am a Verizon wireless customer and I wonder what phone carrier the above people have!!
