Called from a Call Center wanting me to give him access to my computer, because they were receiving signals from my computer that indicated that it was infected. He claimed that I previously paid his company $200 to fix the problem in the past and they were going to refund me the money and not going to charge me for this call to fix the problem once and for all. I never gave anyone access to my computer. Nor would I give anyone any amount of money for the purposes that he indicated. Although he or someone else most likely has tried the same thing before. I told him that I didn’t know when I would be by my computer to give him access. He told me to call him back when I was by my computer and gave me a password - William1234!!! He always addressed me as Mr. William.
