so who is it ? what is there address. steps can be taken to stop calls per fair credit act

Good to know others are having the same problem.  They s****ed calling me 2 days ago and I've gotten at least 7 calls.  I had a payment due on the day that the calls s****ed.  That's the only thing I can think of.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and I haven't received any messages.

They are horrble, as soon as I see the number I just turn the phone off.  S*** of the earth, to call all hours.  I don't even owe any money......they're the worst.

I talked to someone from here, made arrangements. I fell behind because of a flood here taking a lot of my finances and stuff. EVEN WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS THEY CALL 7 **** times a day. I am about to block their number if I can figure out how to do it. This is harassment. Maybe we should all get together and sue them as a class action harassment suit?

I don't own one of their cards, I told them that I had this number for 18 months and have no idea  who the person is they are looking for but they keep on calling, 4 calls Sa****ay, 5 calls Sunday, 3 so far today. I have the number blocked on my phone so it ****s up after one ring

I receive 2-3 attempts daily from this phone number. It's been going on a month now. I want this stopped somehow. Hope this helps.

I get a call from this number at least 10 times a day s****ing at 8am and ending at 9pm. I answer and say ""hello"" and get nothing but a **** up!

I'm with you guys. This is harrassment. I received a call from them today at 2:30 pm and just now @ 9:00 pm. We owe 38.00 dollars and went to the Bahams and forgot to make a payment before we left. Come on go after the dead beats that run their cards to the max and never make a payment. Me I have a $2000.00 credit line with them and owe $38.00.
