This is UC Health accounting trying to set up a payment plan for a bill that is being paid at the service location. The service location however is not showing the payments being paid...they only want to show when the bill is paid in full.

they just said they were trying to reach me. When I called UC Health West Chester - they have no record of me being seen (which should be correct). When I call this number - I just receive a busy signal (like it's not active any longer). They keep calling and leaving messages.

Business office for several hospitals and/ medical practices in the area, who together, call themselves the health alliance. This specific call was pertaining to the university hospital business office but could have just as easily been christ hospital, or one of several other hospitals or medical practices. Were calling in reference to a bill for services rendered at an emergency room visit by my girlfriends daughter, who had given them my number instead of, or in addition to, hers.

they made an appointment for 10:00 am and we go swimming that day all day from (supposed)9:00 am to 6:00 pm man why whhy did they do that ***
