NO IDEA WHO'S CALLING. NO MESSAGE LEFT. THEY CALLED TWICE. WHICH IS WHY I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE, CAUSE WHO CALLS ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON?

It's some dude high as ***k trying to convince you to give him account authorization to do a payment withdrawal from your bank account.

I received a call on my answering ma****e...10/12/2010...stating they were calling about my neighbor and left a case #...etc and left her name...wanting me to call them...I deleted the message...wish I hadn't because I looked up today and should file a complaint with the FTC under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act....this is the second message I have received...and she has moved away...I hate the fact that they are looking up neighbors and calling...I would be very upset, if it was me they were trying to contact...and went about it this way.

General Revenue Corporation. They handle student loan recovery. Problem is, I am already on a payment plan, and have been for months. They can't seem to communicate internally.

These people called a few times without any message. They finally called and left a garbled message. A woman either had her mouth very close to the phone or has a horrible phone receiver. "Please call Kathryn O'Dayton [???] at 866 [ garbled] about [garbled]." If it's important, they should speak clearly and leave a clear message. Or maybe they're deliberately obfu****ing their message because somehow or other they'll get more money.

Called me three times in the last two weeks. Finally left a message that sounds like a collection call.  They state your name and then go through the usual junk of saying if you aren't the person then please **** up and that it is about a personal business matter.

Called me today in Charlotte, NC. Left a voicemail. Sounded like TV/typing in the background, no real message or voice other than the TV.

Received called heard tv in background..No one spoke

i get a call every other week!!have you paid a Bill threw a kiosk anywhere??Circle K, Walgreens,
