keep calling at all hours

The are calling on my cell phone I have put them in my contact list labeled as JUNK and gave them their own ring tone. The softest one I could find. This way I don't answer the call. However I still get charged for the minute as my voice mail does answer it.

Okay people I am going to give you all and upadate on what I have done to these people. They keep calling and I keep telling them to not call a***n, their response is to call a***n. I have AT&T so if you have call trace press *57 each time they call, keep a log of the time and date so you can call your phone company. Then I called them on their 800# they still call, so as a last resource I have contacted the BBB in Cincinatti, and they are taking charge of it as of this day, so we will see what happens. The DNC government thing is a laugh, they do nothing. Repeat telemarketing calls.

I am receiving multiple calls per night and every night. It lasts from about 5-9pm. These calls are being received on my home office line.

Call my cell unsolicited every week and don't leave a number

Calls but leaves no messege. I wont answer when i dont know the number so..my phone number is on the do not call.

The phone 513-639-2399 is MRSI (Marketing Resear****g Services Incorporated). They say they conducts market research by companies to improve the quality and services of products. Translation: we are collecting information on how to better TARGET people and MILK them for $.Their recording informs: "Because we do not sell anything..." they are not affected by the DO NOT CALL *LAW* that prevents the sharks from calling us all day. This number calls at least weekly, ****s up on the answering ma****e. Despite registering with the National NO CALL list the calls persist.

Was not at home so the phone number was left on my called ID. From the look of things, this is another one of those terrible calls that just keep coming and coming.....For every call they make, may someone call them 100 times and bug the heck out of them.....

They have been calling here for the last 3 days, 2 times a day. They do not leave a message. I am also on the donotcall list. Do not understand why they are allowed to harrass me.

Believed to be a telemarketer or market research firm. Repeated calls, often at the dinner hour or early evening.

MRSI, or so****ing like that, a research outfit, they say, calls repeatedly but ****s up when I answer. Call'em back and they give complicated istructions to get off their calling list.

Call 5-6 x @ day. No one there.

Pick the receiver up and don't say anything. They will be charged for the call. This works. I fmillions will do this they will c****e their strategy.

Always answer these types of calls - they have to pay for completed call. Keep them talking as long as possible with fake info so they have to pay more.

Have received numerous calls from 513-639-2399 for a number of months now. They leave no message. We are on the Do Not Call List, so can't so****ing be done about this nuisance??????­?? PLEASE ADVISE.

Call then **** up to find when your are home. Information is no doubt given to others marketers. I'm tired of this kind of thing. They gave me a [email protected] and enter do not call. That e mail doe's not exist.

Keeps calling every other day, no message left, and always a few minutes before a CTP N America calls. No call is -or will be!- answered, they never leave messages. How can these calls be stopped, espc. if one's on a Do Not Call List?

Called and said they were conducting grocery surveys. I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list and not to call me. These people need to find another line of work-telemarketers are hated everywhere. They need to stop bothering people on the DO NOT CALL list.

The company, MRSI alleges that it is exempt from Do Not Call laws because it conducts surveys and does not solicit or conduct sales. How can telephone customers prevent this company from harassing us?

The caller contacted my parents home phone for me. They couldn't even*****ounce my name. So I'm sure it's someone I don't know.

Eleven calls s****ing 3/25/10 different times of the day. Three calls s****ing 4/5/10 til today 4/6/10 unknown name number 513-639-2399 . As soon as the answering ma****e comes on they **** up.

We are on the DO NOT CALL list. On the Caller ID, it is from Ohio. It rings twice and then stops ringing. I do not answer the phone unless I know the person.

My phone line is set for no solicitation, but yet this number dials throughout different times of day and evening.

Just an update I returned the call just to see who would answer.Got a recording saying it is mrsi marketing.These urvey takers say they are not forced to comply with Do not call list.You can request to be taken on off their internal call list by emailing to [email protected]. Enter "Do not call request" in subject line. Put your home number and any other choice comments in the body of the email.

Both my home number and cell number are on the DO NOT CALL list and yet these telemarketer's still call... What is the point of being on a DO NOT CALL list if one still receives these kind of calls?

I have received many calls from this number. The 1st 2 times I answered and it was "Candace" doing a survey. I ***g up. They called 3 times that day. I have received at least 2 calls a day for 5 days now. I answered another time and ***ody was there.Make them go away.

Guys, the do not call list doesn't work for charities. They have their own lists. Do not call is for companies that do telemarketing, not charities that do surveys.

I just got my third call from these ****s just a couple of seconds ago.  They definitely are MRSI MARKETING RESEARCH COMPANY conducting a survey.  As soon as they identified themselves, I told them to "please stop call this number".
