Know them, iSQFT. It’s a for real company and not a scam. If you are a contractor looking to store plans and seek bids from suppliers and/or trades for a project, it might be worthwhile. If you are a supplier or trade, it's way too costly. You would do better spending some time doing your research, via the internet, and find as many general contractors (GC) as possible and ask them to place you on their bid list. The GCs would then direct you to iSQFT or other similar services where as a supplier or trade you can sign up for free to download the plans and specs. That's what I did. In 2008, I went into business and a supplier. I spent three months looking up GCs in the region I wanted to do business. I found over 1800 GCs and sent them request to be placed on their bidder list. I receive so many bid invitations I do not need an expensive service like iSQFT or Reed or any other service to help me find jobs to bid.
