Yes it is GAP Visa, Visa,It is a collection agency and one of the worst. They are rude especially when you ask who is calling and what company they represent. In all probabilities it is in reference to an old debt, probably past the statue of limitations. Block the number, or do not answer, or answer and you ask the questions and not them. Dispute any and all debt, tell them to send you a validation letter, this way you can send back via certified letter w/return receipt, to have them call you no more via FDCPA.Do your own research, they also use 513-698-2214 as a number to call from. Good place to s**** is www.budhibbs.comWhen they do not answer your questions that is a tip off that they are not legit in following FDCPA. By law they have to Say that they are a debt collection agency.Any posts contrary to this is a troll for their company.Get a te***apper, an answering ma****e with capability of blocking 100 callers.I am not advocating for current debt, but any debt that is out of statue of limitations. Make them Prove it or shut up. Keep logs of calls. Research FDCPA and if they violate it they face fines and you can sue them.Hope this helps.

It's a collection agency for Gap Visa, that's who called me.

Calls up to 12 times a day, weekends and holidays, s****ing @ 8:01 AM, recalls within 45 secs of previous call. I don't are who it is this should be illegal. On do not call list as well, what a joke!

Does not leave a message. If I do not answer they will immediately call back. Called yes****ay alone 7 times! I cannot find any information about this number other than it is out of Cincinnati, OH. If I don't know a number I will not answer it.
