They knew my girlfriend and our address and asked if we wanted to sale the house and our house isn't even listed and we live 2 hours from this area code that they texted from 513

Threatening to file a civil complaint, asking for employment info. Wants me to call them at 661-847-3298. If I don't comply it will be forwarded to the register's local jurisdiction. This is considered my official notification.

Claims to be an old bank account at different address trying to get ****or derve court papers, total joke.

Basically saying to comply by calling a different number and this was a 72 hour notification before having to serve papers to my address and that this was the official notice and they said good luck at the end of of the message

Threatening civil action in 72 hours. Gave me a number to call for "mediation" (302)844-8625. When I called the woman couldn't give me any specific information about some old debt. From 20 years ago a bank account that I never had. They served me a certified letter to an address that I never lived at. Had me scared til I did a little research. Scam
