Leave a CommentYes this is from the NextRX mail order pharmacy service affiliated with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The service is actually pretty good. They ask you get your doctor to prescribe 3 months supply. My co-pay is only 5 bucks. And you can get a refill with a decent amount of lead time so you don't have to worry about running out and waiting for your meds to arrive by mail. The calls tell you the status of your order..and they can be annoying...order received, order processed, order shipped. One call would be enough. For that matter...just send the email. I am going to have to un-register my phone number and request email notifications only.
They call here everday to my teenage daughters cell phone stating our order is ready. Obviously they have the wrong number and I have used their automated options to advise this but the calls continue. Not sure how to get them to stop.
I don't have any precriptions & I get calls from this number about once a month telling me my precriptions have been shipped
It was NextRx & they did leave a message about our prescription shipment. They also gave an 800# to call if you don't want to receive phone notification.
this is legit. if you use the prescriptions by mail service. I thought it was spam and didn't answer...
this number is for RX with Anthem Insurance. I got the same number today, looked it up and found out on another site what it was for. My husband does have Anthem insurance and uses their Mail RX Program
Phone showed missed call and no voice mail.
This is a call from Wellpoint Next RX. A courtesy call saying your order has been placed.
