Leave a CommentI turned our leased car in 5 months ago and I am still getting these calls repeatedly. A reputable company should know that the lease has been turned in.
I tried to call back to have my # removed. Very nice lady. She tried to look up my # & couldnt find it. I asked if I just had to tolerate unwarranted calls. Short answer was yes. BS!
Save the number to your phone as a contact. THEN designate that contact to have NO RINGTONEProblem solved.
Call is just identified as out of area
Then why does it **** up on me?
This number was on my caller I.D. When I answered, it disconnected (***g up on me). Bad Business!
Just called back the people at SGS. Apparently my (new) number was most recently the number for someone who has a lease from Chrysler. After repeated calls from Chrysler about extending my lease, and after calling Chrysler to tell them that I, in fact, do not have any lease. They removed my number from their system. Two weeks later the calls from SGS s****ed. I called them back and they were very nice about removing my number. The problem is these folks are too automated for their own good. The robo-calling/dialing systems these companies deploy don't seem to include the possibility that people c****e their numbers. In fact, in both cases the companies were surprised that I was not some 60 year old woman (I'm a 40 year old man).Anyway...if SGS is calling you; call them back. They seem polite and will remove your number from their list.
Just got a call and on a Sat. Wheb they're not open! Never have leased a car and never will! Super irritating! I hate auto dialers!

I am not returning my leased car. I have purchased it, and they are ****ing my phone up.. So I programed my phone to treat it like junk fax and it disconnects them each time they called.
Im fed up. SGS Auto has been repeatedly calling my cell phone after more than 7 requests to be removed. As far as Im concerned, its spam.I DO NOT lease a car, I have never bought a car. I have told them this, I have asked to be removed.Reputable??? Nope. Im STILL getting these calls WEEKLY on my cell. Im about to send them my cell phone bill - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.This is a VERY unreputable business if they cannot manage to remove a number from a call list in a timely manner.
I want all people to know this, if you leased a vehicle from Honda,Vw,Audi,GMAC and you lease is ready for turn in you will get this call. the Lease Company set's up the appointments and then our company calls you to make sure it is active. Yes I work for this Company here in the Midwest. Because of Customer's setting appoinments and forgetting about them we are required to call dispatch and tell them. they in turn call the customer to make them aware that the inpsector is there, if you are not a leasee of a vehicle you should call them and tell them. We do not call out of random, only from respected leasing companies.Hope this helpsTom MageeSGS Automotive ServicesMidwest Division
I too have been getting repe***ive calls from this number. Somehow their automated dialer keeps calling me over and over even after their offices are already closed and no one is there.
I answered this call 10 days ago and it was SGS calling to schedule my end of lease inspection. The caller was very pleasant. I just got another call from this number today and did not answer because I was on the other line. They DID leave a message confirming my end of lease inspection appt on Thursday. I'm glad they called, because I had been procrastinating calling them.
I got a call from this number; no message. I called back and got an automated phone prompt/answer. The number belongs to SGS Automotive Services. They apparently contract with manufacturers to inspect lease return vehicles.
