They continually call despite being told that their services are not required.

Some mumbling in a voice message, but gave a different number to call back - that's my first clue not to call it back.

I’m getting repeated calls literally one after another four times in a row and then s****s over a***n an hour later. Very annoying. One voicemail today said we’re calling you about your upcoming load from California to California??? Very strange and annoying.

They call me now and then and act surprised when I tell them that I am not a trucking company. One time the guys said they were interested in buying or hiring a truck. They've been nice enough but 6 calls since early December.

This is TQL, a broker company for semi trucking companies. Their company has a LOT of clients and they call dispatchers as well as us drivers...daily. Depending on the load, one could get as many as 20 calls. I received 12 yes****ay from the broker. . They have thousands of numbers they call. If you’re not dealing with a broker but getting calls from this company. It’s just human error.

Left ***ue message indicating we had done prior business with him. He’s just trying to get someone on the phone. Scammer.

They will NOT take NO and NOT INTERESTED for an answer nor will they STOP CALLING. They have been added to the National Do Not Call registry but that doesn't seem to work!! They are also notorious for making back to back phone calls to harass!

Salesman from Total Quality Logistics called asking for a former employee, then wanted to know when they left. I told them it's none of their business. Kept asking to get the name or talk to the person in charge of logistics. Got really pushy, went on the attack. I ***g up on him. (The employees here don't want to waste their time listening to sales pitches.)He called back 5 times. Same rude pushy behavior. Said he would call tomorrow and keep calling until I gave him a name. Making threats. Reeeeeeeal professional.
