IS THIS GUY A SCAMMER?  HE SOUNDS REAL OFFICIAL AND IT FREAKED ME OUT TOTALLY, GOT THE MESSAGE ON MY MA****E LATE IN THE DAY WHILE AT WORK...HAVE NOT CALLED BACK AND PROBABLY WON'T BASED ON WHAT I HAVE READ ABOUT HE FREAK...ANY BODY SOLVED THIS CASE? I OWE A LITTLE MONEY TO A LAWN COMPANY, CAN THIS BE A COLLECTOR?

I along with my dad live in Calgary, a friend of ours lives in Montreal, and we got a call from inspector troudeou neither of us had answered the call, there for he left a message. Saying to call back with a complaint number. I called back and he said he gave me the wrong number and he would call back tomorrow. WHen i asked what the call was concering he yelled and screamed. Later on that day I found out he called our friend from montreal asking what her relationship with us was. How do they know my first and last name, and how do they know that we even****ociate with her. He later called me demanding information on our friend. How do they do this?? where do they get all this information if I dont even live in montreal??????????I read about this and the company is called CECQ they are listen under a tracing bureau and a cancer clinic????Someone please explain what is going on?? and how this person got all this information???

That company is doing skip tracing research and/or collection investigations in Montreal
